What past participants are saying

"I have been microdosing for 2 years by myself and have seen some fun and exciting results, but working with Cory and microdosing with a community has taken my experience to a new place. Sharing my intentions and goals with others really created the accountability that I didn't know I needed."
- A microdosing executive

"I appreciated that Cory and the coaching materials were accessible even outside of our defined sessions. This guidance accessibility made this, my first time working with a consistent MD system, feel safe, structured and supported."

- A first-time microdoser

"I have been looking for ways to combat anxiety and depression without the use of SSRIs, and tried microdosing with my daughter. I found it really helped to create a sense of ease that let me move past the challenging thoughts. Doing it with my daughter and a group of people with similar goals was also really inspiring. We shared a lot of ourselves through this experience."
- A microdosing Mom

"The program not only helped me to better understand the benefits and potential risks of microdosing, but it also gave me the tools and resources I needed to incorporate microdosing into my daily life in a safe and effective way."

- A microdosing Dad

"One of the things I appreciated most about the program was the sense of community it provided. It was great to be able to share my experiences and learn from others in the group. Cory was also always available to answer questions and provide individualized support and point me in the right direction with a helpful exercise or resource."

- A first-time microdoser

"I use microdosing to support my creative work. As an artist I see the value in moving beyond my ego and into a state of flow, when I work with my clients they expect my best. If I am anxious or overthinking it is hard for me to show up. It is hard for me to achieve that flow on my own. Microdosing in this community really helped me move beyond my creative blocks and unlock a sense of ease."

- A microdosing creator

"The coaching program sessions provided on-point feedback on my current communicated state and the associated prompts and suggested systems allowed for gains in my observing, processing, and thought stabilizing abilities."

- A first-time microdoser

"A tailored, supported program of mind exploration. A check-in to personal operating and processing systems with guided, targeted prompts to move you in to best possible current state meeting-the-moment skills."

- A first-time microdoser

"I have had a sense of sloughing off some of the heaviness of my accumulated experiences. A glimpse in to the power of new patterns. A touch of a remembering of the fantastic wonder of it all."

- A retired microdoser

"My perception of microdosing has changed after going through this program in that I see it as a process, not a pill. The plant stimulates and guides and you take it from there. I see microdosing as a whole system practice."

- A first-time microdoser

"The program has increased my ability to 'notice' where I am at in time and space and to take a breath and find my place, before responding to outside conditions. I am becoming less reactive."

- A microdosing creator

"I have noticed a positive change in confidence in my interrelating. I have also noted that I generally have an increase in compassion for self and for others."

- A long-time microdoser

Meet your guide

Cory Firth

Hi there! I'm Cory, the creator of the DoseWell™ group program. I am an avid microdoser, plant medicine advocate and human impact community builder. I have used plant medicine for the last 15+ years to overcome depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation and have spent the better part of the last 5 years building communities in the mental health and wellness space, including a term as as the first Executive Director of the Psychedelic Association of Canada, Strategist at Nikean Foundation and co-creator of Neuma.

With this program, I am embarking on building a unique community for intentional microdosers designed to match like-minded interests with real-world outcomes, allowing you to set goals and intentions for your life, health and creative endeavours, while leveraging the power of microdosing, flow state optimization and peer-support to keep you accountable for your transformation.

I'm excited to share this group program with you and explore how it may help on your journey.

Feel free to book a call with a member of our team to learn more about this program.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What does peer support mean?

It means support from people who understand what you're going through because they've been there and/or accountability from people want to see you achieve an outcome. Peer support does not include medical care, assessment, therapy or professional care of any kind.

How do we communicate?

In our weekly virtual sessions. But the magic happens between sessions where you can stay connected with your guide for support and use the resources in our library to build your practice and cement in a legacy practice that can support your goals.

What will I get out of this?

Existing participants say they feel less isolated on their microdosing journey. Peer-based coaching allow members to feel more connected, energized and inspired to face their day-to-day challenges. You'll expand your awareness, enhance your creativity and focus, and build resiliency for whatever life throws at you.

How much does it cost?

We offer a sliding scale price to open up access. If you join with early bird pricing you will receive a discount off of the scaled option you choose. Costs begin at $400

Who are the hosts?

Hosts are non-clinical, peer-to-peer community support facilitators. The relationship between a host and a program participant is not a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship or any other type of professional relationship.

What can I expect from a group session?

Group sessions are fun, light and exploratory. The goal and intention is to be contemplative and curious. In a 60-minute session, we will often start with a grounding exercise like a breathing technique or a journal prompt. Then, your host will guide you through three stages to stimulate a state of flow that focuses on exploring your thoughts, ideas, intentions, habits and emotions, while building resources to support your goals. Each group starts on a Thursday or a Friday at 9am.

Is this for experienced microdosers?

Not specifically. This program is not exclusive to long-time microdosers, we encourage newcomers just as much. The power of this program is in the practice you build for yourself, which will help you learn, grow and feel supported in taking ownership over your transformation journey. This program is designed as a harm reduction approach to supporting people with tools to help them in their own practices.

Is this a therapy program?

This is not a therapy program. While we value therapy, we believe peer support is an additive, equally effective tool to help aid in the expansion of our minds and reaching of our goals and mental health enhancements.

Does it matter when I microdose?

No, you can continue to microdose according to your own schedule and protocol. We encourage you to start a schedule that matches when our weekly group sessions, but it is up to you.

Do you supply the microdose?

No, you are responsible for obtaining your own microdoses.
